How Long Will My Parcel Takes to Be Delivered?

All in stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. The shipping fee depends on the weight and your location.

Semenanjung Malaysia : 1-3 working days

Sabah & Sarawak : 3-5 working days

How Will The Shipping Charges Will Be Calculated?

It depends on the weight and size of your order!

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s).

If you want to track the whereabouts of your order or even changing the shipping address, feel free to contact contact us or the carrier directly. Tracking information is also available via message or WhatsApp for certain couriers.

Important Notes:

In Addition to your house address, you can have your order delivered to an alternative address such as your office, please include the business name in the shipping address. Please note that if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.

I Have Difficulties Tracking My Order.

Oh no! In a few cases, the carrier might take additional 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.

What If My Parcel Doesn’t Arrived?

If you still have not received your parcel 7 working days after the expected delivery date, please contact us HERE.

ALL International orders will take 7-14 working days once it has been shipped out.
